HOW TO GET A BIKINI BODY IN 5 DAYS... LOL :p

So we go on youtube everyday and see  posts like how to get a bikini body in 2 days or how to get a flat tummy in 2 hrs ..or even how to get a thigh gap..you know ..ridiculous stuff like that and people actually think its okay to decieve themselves like that..trust me I know and I've been there..I'm not trying to say those things dont work ooo,dont get me wrong here ..I'm just saying use your basic instinct to judge stuff..I have seen loads of youtube videos ..that are well..you know what I mean..
You dont have to kill yourself to loose weight in 2 days ..sorry to burst you're bubble your not going to loose that much weight in 2 days ..you can diet and do a little exercise and you'll loose weight gradually..ever heard the journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step..or rome wasn't built in a day..bla bla ..you sha know where I'm driving at ..
So this is how I went from 75kg to 64 kg in less than 4 weeks ..its not that much but its a good start..I dont plan on loosing anymore though  ..I did the protein diet ..its called the Dukan diet ..by a certain Dr.Dukan ..who was faced with obesity and was forced to loose weight..bla bla https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dukan_diet you can check it out here yourself .
I read on a certain article that that was how Kim Kardashian lost her baby weight ..so I decided to try it out,being in school I didnt have much options ,so i kept on eating beans and moi-moi,and water ..I was dying inside ..my friends were really helpful though ..I have some good dieting tips for you..from my basic research ..
Going on a high-protein diet may help you tame your hunger, which could help you lose weight.
You can try it by adding some extra protein to your meals. Give yourself a week, boosting protein gradually.
Remember, calories still count. You'll want to make good choices when you pick your protein.
If you plan to add a lot of protein to your diet, or if you have liver or kidney disease.
There are alot of choices for your diet
  • Lean meats
  • Seafood
  • Beans
  • Soy
  • Low-fat dairy
  • Eggs
  • Nuts and seeds
While you're adding protein to your diet, you should also stock up on "smart carbs" such as:
  • Fruits
  • Vegetables
  • Whole grains
  • Beans and legumes (both also have protein)
  • Low-fat milk and yogurt (both have protein)
  • and before i forget again..FISH..:)
 In all these add a little exercise you know..something to keep your heart beating well,you can jog or skip or even do situps or you can even hit the gym..and please don't starve yourself in an attempt to loose weight because i assure you it'll not end up well..
