BOILING?
 I just heard i should write an article on boiling..i laughed..because it was quite funny ..people have problems with boiling stuff i taught that was cooking 101..i guess i don't have to assume next time so we're starting from the basics ..so ..
 101.
 boiling is basically boiling..i dunno how else to describe it ..well you know how you put water in a kettle or pot and it starts sizzling and vapor starts coming out ..well that's boiling ..so this is kitchen work you don't have to put a thermometer and take the point its just basic kitchen instinct ..
so boiling meat is different from boiling water or boiling yam or boiling rice or even spaghetti 
and boiling meat differs from one delicacy to another.so today ill concentrate on boiling meat for stew ..i think its basic.most people know how to cook stew ..
1. get raw meat :p
2.wash the meat well ..very well 
3.put the meat inside the pot { note..without water }
4.put the seasoning  and by seasoning i mean ;the cut onions,pepper,salt,maggi,please add curry .
5.let the meat cook for a while ..close the pot 
6.when the meat has absorbed its own moisture ..you add water into the pot so you can have some meat stock to cook the stew with..
